You won’t catch Stephanie Buchanan waiting in the wings. Fiercely determined and passionate, Stephanie is uniquely equipped to make things happen for her agents. She spent her college years and 20s auditioning, traveling, and performing in musical theater productions, working as a nationally touring actress.

After 10 years of acting and performing, she decided to use her skills in marketing and sales, honed over summer internships, to explore a new career path. Her theatrical background and sales experience soon lent itself to discovering insurance brokerage, where she has worked her way from Broker’s assistant to Lead Broker in a few short years.  Stephanie has harnessed her creativity and drive into building a successful book of business and, training under the mentorship of M.J. Hall’s top-producing Broker, has continued to evolve and diversify her book.

Competitive by nature, she believes that her hard work will ultimately pay off for her clients. Undeterred by the recent pandemic, Stephanie has utilized her marketing skills to deepen her relationships with her agents when in-person meetings were not an option – notably through monthly newsletters and even handwritten correspondence.

When she’s not working, Stephanie can be found on the golf course with her husband Steve, riding the Peloton, and spending time with family.  She and Steve have a two-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Birdie.
