Pam Lewis knows hard work and patience are the keys to growing a successful book of business. A Midwest native, Pam first learned her work ethic on the family farm, raising cows and pigs and growing vegetables and legumes.
She worked hard to put herself through college and, once graduated, jumped into the industry in farming and garage coverages.

Over 30 years later, Pam is still the cream of the crop in wholesale Brokerage. Because of her upbringing, she is not afraid to get her hands dirty and help out where needed, often going above and beyond to check policies, follow up on inspections and work closely with her underwriters to ensure the best possible outcomes for her agents.

Having spent many years as an underwriter prior to joining the Brokerage side, Pam understands the challenges of underwriting unique risks, and works to develop solutions that are amenable to both agents and carriers. Pam considers this to be a key element in cultivating her well-rounded career.

When she is not working, Pam is an avid reader, gardener and crafter. Married to a retired chef, she loves traveling and experiencing new foods and wines with her husband. She also enjoys the outdoor opportunities in her home state of Nevada, often hiking, biking, skiing and camping in the area.
