A 20-year veteran of M.J. Hall & Company, Lisa Provencal began in the industry as a Broker’s Assistant, and has worked her way up to a decade-long career as a Lead Broker.

Having spent her career working for one company, M.J. Hall & Company has felt like family. She values the connection she has to her fellow Brokers, often sharing knowledge and working together to raise the bar for their clients.  

For Lisa, each workday presents a new and exciting puzzle to solve. The diversity of risks to cover and the unique needs of her clients present exciting challenges to navigate – and she consistently demonstrates an aptitude for critical thinking and an innate ability to see the broader picture.

A true generalist Broker, Lisa is keenly focused on finding creative ways to achieve comprehensive coverages for her agents, regardless of risk.

When not working, she enjoys putting the pieces together in other ways – through solving jigsaw puzzles and assembling recipes in her kitchen. She loves to garden and stay active - she is currently training for a half marathon. She is also a baseball fan, spending her weekends watching her son play in his travel league.
