Born and raised in Stockton, Joe DeJesus has known the Hall family since kindergarten. He entered the industry as a receptionist at the Woodland Hills location while in college.
After graduating from UCSB in 2018, he returned to the company to pursue his career as a broker. In a few short years, he has worked his way from intern to Broker’s Assistant to Lead Broker, managing his own book of business after learning under some of M.J. Hall’s top Brokers. A self-starter, Joe thrives in the entrepreneurial environment of M.J. Hall’s corporate philosophy.
He appreciates the diversity of risks that working in wholesale Brokerage provides, viewing every challenge as an opportunity to explore. As one of M.J. Hall’s youngest Brokers, Joe brings a fresh, efficient approach and mindset to his interactions with agents that enables him to solve their coverage needs in a new way.
When not working, Joe is a lacrosse fanatic, having played the sport since childhood. He currently participates in a beer league in Sacramento, and coaches under 12s lacrosse in the area.
